How much is a consultation?
£24 to reserve your 45-minute consultation. It isn't refundable, but we take it off your treatment.
Do I need a consultation first?
A consultation is the first step towards your aesthetic goals: 45 minutes, face to face, with Franca, our independent prescriber, or Natalia, our senior aesthetic beautician. Every injectable treatment starts with one.
Do I need a patch test?
Before laser hair removal (£18) and electrolysis (£24) we patch test first, so we can see how your skin responds. Patch test fees aren't refundable.
What's your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours' notice for weekday appointments and 48 hours for weekends. Late cancellations are charged £24 on weekdays and £48 at weekends.
